Rich Burton
Co-Owner & General Contractor
With nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Rich brings an exceptional level of knowledge, craftsmanship, and leadership as a founder of Timeless Legacy Construction.
Beginning his career as an independent general contractor in 1998, he successfully owned and operated his own construction company for over three decades. Throughout his career, he has overseen a wide variety of projects, including large-scale luxury custom homes, extensive renovations, residential remodels, and complex construction projects.
His experience managing high-end custom home construction has given him a deep understanding of the attention to detail, precision, and coordination required to deliver exceptional results. From initial planning through final completion, he has built his reputation on quality workmanship, dependable project management, and strong relationships with clients and trade professionals.
Over the years, he has developed an extensive network of trusted subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals. Combined with proven construction processes and decades of hands-on project management experience, these relationships allow him to coordinate projects efficiently, maintain high standards, and navigate the challenges that inevitably arise during construction.
Today, he employs his experience and established network within Timeless Legacy Construction, helping ensure that every project benefits from seasoned leadership, reliable trade partnerships, and a commitment to doing things right.

With decades of experience behind him, clients can feel confident knowing their projects are guided by someone who understands what it takes to turn a vision into a finished product that stands the test of time.
Ross Burton
Co-Owner & Project Manager
With nearly 20 years of combined experience in construction and real estate investment management, Ross Burton founded Timeless Legacy Construction with a simple mission: to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, operate with integrity, and provide clients with a construction experience they can trust.
Ross began his career in the construction industry, spending 10 years working in both hands-on labor and supervisory roles. During that time, he gained extensive experience in custom home construction, commercial projects, renovations, and remodeling. Working directly in the field provided him with a strong understanding of the construction process, the importance of quality workmanship, and what it takes to successfully manage a project from start to finish.
He then spent the next 10 years with a real estate investment and management group, where he ultimately served as an Asset Manager overseeing 16 properties and approximately 60 team members. His responsibilities included property acquisitions, financial oversight, capital improvement projects, operational performance, and leading teams to achieve long-term investment objectives. This experience strengthened his ability to manage complex projects, control costs, communicate effectively, and hold teams accountable for results.
Today, Ross brings these two backgrounds together at Timeless Legacy Construction. His unique combination of hands-on construction experience and real estate investment management provides him with a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and financial aspects of a successful construction project.

His commitment to every client is built on honest communication, transparent pricing, careful project management, and quality workmanship. He approaches every project with the same level of care and accountability he would expect if it were his own investment.
